1. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Our olive oil is carefully packed to guarantee freshness and safe delivery.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your destination and the quantity ordered. Costs are calculated at checkout before payment.
3. How long does delivery take?
• Europe: 3–5 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
4. Are customs duties included in the price?
No. Customs duties, local VAT or import taxes are not included and may be charged upon delivery by your local customs authorities.
5. Important update for customers in the United States
Starting August 29, 2025, the United States has suspended the de minimis exemption for orders under $800. This means that all olive oil shipments from Italy to the US are now subject to a 15% import duty, regardless of order value.
Example: an order of $150 in products may result in approximately $22.50 in duties, in addition to shipping charges.
6. How can I minimize shipping and duty costs?
We suggest ordering larger quantities or bundle packs to reduce the impact of duties and shipping per liter.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
8. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
